New Garr (Gell: Rell-Garr ˈʁɛɬ.ɣar), also known as Bitarra (bɪ.ˈtɑːɹ.ˌɹə), is a planet in the same system as Cantarr. It was settled some four hundred years ago by Buarrians from Cantarr, who were joined 240 years later by Garrians escaping the Illanian occupation of their homeworld.
