Weapons
Main Weapons:- Kriss Sword, "Deceit." 26" blade, curved like a snake. Hilt 10" long, supporting one or two-handed grip. Decorated with a red tassel attached to the pommel. Worn on his back, in its sheath. See picture below.
- Kriss Dagger, "Decision." 8" blade, 5" handle, a smaller version of Deceit. Again, see picture below and mentally resize it.
Secondary weapons: Small throwing knives, also based off of the kriss design, with blades ranging from 1" to 4" long. Weight balanced for stability of flight, the handles are merely string wound around the tang to provide a good grip. They may or may not have red tassels at the end.
Notes:
- Only Deceit is worn visibly. Decision is usually hidden under his cloak. If he wants it to be visible, he will state its visibility. But just because it's not visible doesn't mean it's not there. Only he knows from whence he plucks his throwing blades, but the observant may note him reaching under his cloak before he throws them. That is, when he throws them in plain sight and without a distraction movement.
- Characters to whom Re has gifted a throwing knife: Yseult Brannagh, Epitome, Vedottir.
- When in the guise of Sorrow (human form), Deceit takes the form of a straight-bladed, double-edged sword of the same general dimensions. His throwing daggers, should he choose to use them (he prefers not to, in this guise), also appear straight unless examined closely, or when he is not present. Decision is only drawn when he is about to kill, and so it will not change form. By that point, he's already decided to drop all illusions.
Clothing: Red short-sleeved shirt, worn under grey tunic shirt, grey trousers tucked shin-high leather boots, faded from their original color to the point where they are a nondescript hue that might have been brown once. Over all save his sword, he wears a traveller's cloak, usually dark grey. The only unusual attribute of his boots is that their toes are capped in black iron. Not steel, iron. Curious.
Armor (Sorrow only):
When in the guise of Sorrow, Re will sometimes be wearing armor:
He will only wear this armor, however, if he has occasion to do so, and has had ample time to fetch it from its hiding place and put it on.
